&BACK COFFEE is a certified Women-Owned, B Corp coffee company helping businesses infuse more purpose into every cup. We deliver premium, responsibly sourced coffee grown by women farmers, using one of the world’s most consumed commodities as a daily touchpoint for impact. Our mission is to improve the lives of 10,000 women along the coffee belt through financial literacy, agricultural training, and community investment. Sourced from Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance co-ops, &BACK coffee supports sustainability, circular women’s empowerment, and net-zero goals. We help companies turn their coffee program into a platform for values, engagement, and environmental leadership.
