About Climate Neutral Certification

Wherever you see the Climate Neutral Certified label, it means the company is accountable for its greenhouse gas emissions. To earn the label, a company must annually measure cradle-to-customer emissions, implement specific action plans to reduce emissions, and invest in high quality, verified carbon credits.

The certification requirements are detailed in the rigorous, peer-reviewed Climate Neutral Certified Standard. Each company’s application is reviewed for compliance by Change Climate’s certification team.

Improved forest management

Type

Improved forest management

Description

Projects focused on developing sustainable management and harvesting practices in forest ecosystems.

Doing the right thing has been at the core of what we do since we first turned on our stills in 2014. We take care selecting local grains grown with sustainable practices, operate as efficiently as possible and strive to eliminate wasteful packaging. Our ethos also informed our decision to install solar panels and ensure our facility uses energy efficiently by insulating the building, optimizing our equipment and using as much natural light as possible. Our fans care as much about sustainability as we do so we are inspired to find ways of continually improving the sustainability of our operation and how we do business. This way our customers can be confident that with each sip of our spirits, they can drink well while doing good.
