Aquila's Nest Vineyards was inspired by mythological tales and our love for astronomy. One of our wines is named after the Goddess of Earth, Gaea. However, our dedication to Mother Earth extends beyond labels. We have tried our hardest to use non-plastic glassware, compostable food boxes, compostable utensils, and compostable cups. We've always encouraged our guests to drink from our fresh well water instead of using plastic bottles. We reuse the fallen wood across our 40 acres property for the winery's wood burning stoves, and outdoor fire pits, and we hope to supply 100% solar
