Wherever you see the Climate Neutral Certified label, it means the company is accountable for its greenhouse gas emissions. To earn the label, a company must annually measure cradle-to-customer emissions, implement specific action plans to reduce emissions, and invest in high quality, verified carbon credits.
The certification requirements are detailed in the rigorous, peer-reviewed Climate Neutral Certified Standard. Each company’s application is reviewed for compliance by Change Climate’s certification team.

The lifecycle of our cookware and its careful production have always been at the core of our business. At startup, we used waste vegetable oil to fuel the small furnace that made our cast iron skillets, which are made entirely from post-consumer recycled iron. As we’ve matured and scaled our workshop, it has been in the same spirit of circular economy. We have since scaled production with an electric induction furnace, which we plan to run on 100% on-site solar in the future. It’s our hope that our cookware will be passed to the next generation, and we feel a responsibility to make sure that our output is made with care, for many lifetimes of use.
