## Sustainability story

Bread Alone Bakery is a certified organic, values-driven bakery. We?ve been baking with organic grains since our first loaf in 1983, and we continue to do so today. Care for the planet is part of our past. Action against climate change must be in our future. Bread Alone committed to Certified Climate Neutral because the planet is warming at an alarming rate, with terrifying consequences, and we must collectively take faster and more aggressive action. Certified Climate Neutral will give customers the information needed to make the right decision for the planet, and for our collective future. In 2022 we opened the very first carbon neutral bakery at our original location in the Catskill Mountains town of Boiceville, New York. Baking by the power of the sun every day!
