## Sustainability story

Sustainability is in our ethos as a Conscious Business. We believe that for-profit businesses should be sustainable by design and be a force for good. Internally, we hire to eliminate bias and self-organize to find solutions. Externally, we dont allow our product to be used on sites that promote divisiveness, sell weapons, or are linked to fossil fuels. Our initiatives include; hosting on fully carbon-neutral servers, creating an internal Conscious Business Fund, striving to be 100x carbon negative, planting trees, and using a feedback tool that plants trees as we improve together. Additionally, the Climate Neutral certification keeps us inspired with new ideas from other like-minded businesses on how to do better for the planet every year.
