## Sustainability story

Our sustainability story goes from soil to packaging! From the beginning, Coracao & CACOCO have prioritized sourcing the purest ingredients from regenerative farms that go above and beyond Organic and Fair-Trade practices. Farms that support soil health, land health and farmer welfare. We are also sponsorship partners with the Pachamama Alliance, who work with indigenous communities in the Amazon, and support them in the fight to preserve the rainforest. Most of our product lines are packaged in compostable, sustainably sourced materials, and we are currently testing out new, environmentally-friendly materials for products that still contain plastic.

## Emissions (2024)

**Methodology:** Coracao Confections's inventory uses spending data to estimate GHG emissions. Coracao Confections attests to the accuracy of their data inputs and the Change Climate Project team reviews the submission for compliance with the Standard.
