## Sustainability story

ettitude is luxury, reimagined. We craft bedding, bath, and home textiles designed to soothe and made to endure, pieces that soften with every wash and bring quiet harmony to the spaces you live in.
We believe true luxury is never one-sided. It carries a responsibility to protect what sustains us, from regenerative bamboo to closed-loop systems that return up to 98% of water.
Going Climate Neutral extends that intention. It lets us measure our full impact, account for the emissions we generate today, and commit to reducing them year over year. It is the accountability behind everything we believe: that beauty, wellbeing, and the world it comes from should move in harmony.

## Emissions (2025)

**Methodology:** Ettitude's emissions inventory uses a mix of spending and activity-based data. Ettitude attests to the accuracy of their data inputs and the Change Climate team reviews the submission for compliance with the Standard.

- Scope 1: 0 tCO2e
- Scope 2 (location-based): 0 tCO2e
- Scope 2 (market-based): 0 tCO2e
- Scope 3 (location-based): 498 tCO2e
- Scope 3 (market-based): 498 tCO2e
- **Total (location-based): 498 tCO2e**

## Reduction plans

### Science-aligned targets
- We commit to reducing 2022 Scope 1, 2, & 3 emissions intensity by cutting the amount of carbon per unit of product 40% by 2030. (completion: 16%)

### Reduction action plans
- **Scope 3** — We plan to reduce emissions from our supply chain by opting for slower, more energy efficient modes of transportation. (source: Upstream shipping, target: Q1 2022, completion: 100%)
- **Scope 3** — We plan to reduce the use of plastic, especially virgin plastic, in our primary packaging and products. (source: Raw materials, target: Q1 2022, completion: 100%)
- **Scope 3** — We plan to reduce emissions by replacing the poly mailers with a more sustainably alternative (source: Packaging, target: Q1 2023, completion: 100%)
- **Scope 3** — We plan to reduce emissions from our manufacturing by our suppliers. (source: Supply chain energy use, target: Q2 2023, completion: 100%)
- **Scope 3** — Redesign a portion of our 100% Bamboo Lyocell textiles across our textiles, bedding and bath products to incorporate at least 20% of recycled or waste fiber inputs into textiles we are developing to sell to other brands. (source: Raw materials, target: Q4 2024, completion: 10%)
- **Scope 3** — Implement a low carbon sourcing/purchasing policy to implement a requirement for new suppliers to be utilizing at least 15% renewable energy sources across their manufacturing facilities. (source: Raw materials, target: Q4 2024, completion: 20%)
- **Scope 3** — Eliminate all recycled polyester fabric as primary packaging currently used as the protective bags on our towels and duvets. (source: Packaging, target: Q4 2025, completion: 0%)
- **Scope 3** — Replace recycled polyester fiber with bio PLA across our Down Alternative Duvet product line. (source: Raw materials, target: Q4 2025, completion: 0%)
- **Scope 3** — Work with suppliers in countries that enforce sustainable building codes, to reduce energy consumption, and improved environmental performance across our supply chain. (source: Supply chain energy use, target: 2026, completion: 0%)
- **Scope 3** — We support and source from suppliers engaged in regenerative farming practices across multiple countries to promote soil health, increase biodiversity, and sequester carbon as part of our commitment to climate-positive agriculture. (source: Raw materials, target: 2026, completion: 0%)
