## Sustainability story

We are new to our 'official' efforts to put sustainability & climate impact in front of us as an organization. We started doing JEDI work in 2019 and recognized Sustainability deserved to be its own conversation & commitment. We are passionate about climate justice & while we are a primarily virtual company, we are not content to just say 'we think we have a pretty small carbon footprint' and want to take responsibility for our direct & indirect emissions and truly understand our impact in the world. Excited to learn more and educate the many companies we also support!
