## Sustainability story

Jikoni is working closing with local and sustainable suppliers to exclusively source ingredients for our seasonal menus and have partnered with a biodynamic farm Waltham Place, an hour away, for bits it can’t source closer by. Bhogal and her team are also working closely with First Mile, an environmentally-friendly recycling group, with any non-recyclable business waste being used to generate green energy. Of which, the restaurant has used green gas – created through solar and wind power – since September 2019.

## Emissions (2025)

**Methodology:** Jikoni's emissions inventory uses a mix of spending and activity-based data. Jikoni attests to the accuracy of their data inputs and the Change Climate team reviews the submission for compliance with the Standard.
